When William started Busy Bee Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Inc., he wanted to exercise his strong sense of values and ethics. He believes the keys to success are reliability, honesty, and integrity. These have become the company’s core values, and we work hard with all our personnel to make sure they understand Will’s values and expectations. Our goal is to treat each interaction as an opportunity for learning, kindness, and service.
William has an open door policy with his employees and customers. His mindset helps set us apart as an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving Middle Tennessee. William’s wife Branden has also contributed to the company’s success: she created the bee logo and the business name. Family is at the core of everything we do here.
