Busy Bee is the best in the business! I had them come to my house to take a look at my HVAC unit that had stopped working. The crew they sent over took the time to look at my unit and explain to me exactly what was wrong and exactly what they needed to do to fix the problem. I did have to get a new unit but they gave me a few different quotes for different types of units and then gave me their recommendation on which to go with. For budget reasons I had to go with a different model than what they recommended and they were very understanding with that and never once tried to change my mind… just gave me the facts and let me make my own decision. On top of that they are the only company I have had quote me a price on the front end and come in at that price or even below once everything was said and done. There were no hidden fees that increased my total cost after everything was over. I am so please with my experience and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have heard the ads for Busy Bee on the Ralph Bristol Show for months and I had been debating on Busy Bee versus one of their competitors for system maintenance. This past Saturday (7/22/17) the decision was made for me personally because of the service they provide to the facilities of the organization I am the President of. We had a group using our banquet room and another room and we were having AC issues on 100? plus day. My Club Manager had had no luck in getting anyone to commit to coming out. I call Busy Bee at 11:45 from Franklin and spoke with Jeff. I explained the situation the best I could in terms of my AC issue and the reason for my urgency. Jeff assured me he would be there as quickly as possible with 1 PM being the absolute latest. It was about 12:40 when he arrived. He quickly accessed the room where the HVAC systems are housed diagnosed the problem and had us up and running quickly. Knowing that we are not a customer and that this was an emergency call I expected a hefty bill. My Club Manager and I were shocked at how reasonable the charges were. As a result we have asked Busy Bee to come inspected the entire system and to quote a maintenance contract. Busy Bee is all and more that Ralph Bristol has said about them.

I am so glad I contacted Busy Bee to be my maintenance provider for my AC/heating unit. Nathan was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me.
