At Busy Bee, we believe strong communities start with strong families. Through our Bee in the Community program, we’re dedicated to connecting with local families and inspiring the next generation to learn, grow, and give back.

From sponsoring youth sports teams and hosting educational events about home safety to joining local school fairs and family festivals, our team loves getting out of the hive and spending time with the people who make Tennessee such a special place to call home.

We’re passionate about creating fun, hands-on experiences that teach kids the value of teamwork, kindness, and helping others — because every small act of care helps our community thrive.

Helping our neighbors is more than just part of our mission — it’s who we are. At Busy Bee, our team regularly volunteers with local nonprofits, donates HVAC and plumbing services to families in need, and supports schools, veterans, and community programs across Tennessee.

Every project, partnership, and act of kindness helps build a stronger, warmer community — one we’re proud to call home. Whether it’s fixing a heater for a local family or sponsoring a community event, we’re committed to doing our part to spread a little extra buzz of goodwill wherever it’s needed most.

We’re always looking for new partners — like Churches of Christ Disaster Relief and other local organizations — who share our mission to make Tennessee a healthier, happier place to live. Together, we can keep our hive thriving and full of heart.
