We are expanding our teams, products, services and infrastructure to optimize the client experience. The position of the dispatcher is to coordinate appointments for technicians at client’s sites to maximize productivity and be the liaison between the company, technician and client and to deliver exceptional customer service reflective of Busy Bee’s values.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain technician schedules.
      • Prioritize calls according to customer and/or operational need.
      • Coordinate and maintain on call schedules for technicians and after-hours procedures.
      • Schedule calls, enter service calls, and debrief with technicians.
      • Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
      • Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
      • Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
      • Address all concerns, questions and problems from customers and technicians. Utilize clear communication to manage conflict resolution.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Busy Bee Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Inc., is one of the fastest growing private companies in Middle Tennessee with more than 40 trucks on the road and 50 associates Busy Bee, is expanding our teams, products, services and infrastructure to optimize the customer experience. The role of an HVAC Service Technician is to deliver exceptional HVAC service maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems and to oversee the work of the HVAC Service Apprentice to ensure all work is performed correctly and is reflective of Busy Bee’s values.

      Pay Rate: $18 – $30 an hour

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection including Health and Safety Checklist and communicate findings to the customer in a written option sheet.
      • Perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codes.
      • Facilitate order for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service.
      • Transport materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned tools.
      • Effectively communicate with the customer regarding questions, concerns and problems.
      • Inform the manager if the customer does not have HVAC service before leaving the call.
      • Facilitate rescheduling customer appointments, if the call is not complete.
      • Train, coach and mentor apprentices.
      • Always maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
      • Manage operational metrics including average invoice total, callback ratios and labor margins.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • 2 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
      • Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and
      • ventilation equipment.
      • Able to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
      • Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.

      Requirements:

      • EPA Certified.
      • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
      • NATE Certification preferred.
      • HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
      • A valid driver’s license and approved to drive by the Company’s insurance carrier.
      • Willing to work hours outside of a normal work schedule and on call schedule.

      Job Responsibilities:

      Lead a team of installers to validate they perform the following tasks:

      • Ability to perform all plumbing repairs and replacements to code.
      • Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
      • Cover pipes with earth or other materials.
      • Connect pipe pieces and seal joints, using welding equipment, cement, or glue.
      • Install or repair sanitary or stormwater sewer structures or pipe systems.
      • Install or use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, or transit levels.
      • Grade or level trench bases, using tamping machines or hand tools.
      • Lay out pipe routes, following written instructions or blueprints and coordinating layouts with supervisors.
      • Dig trenches to desired or required depths, by hand or using trenching tools.
      • Operate mechanized equipment, such as pickup trucks pulling tailers, excavators, skid steers, dump trailers.
      • Locate existing pipes needing repair or replacement, using magnetic or radio indicators.
      • Tap and drill holes into pipes to introduce auxiliary lines or devices.

      Qualifications

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • Experience preferred but not required in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.
      • Ability to run equipment such as an excavator.
      • Must be able to use a computer tablet, smart phone and read a map or follow GPS.

      Requirements:

      • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
      • Licensed Journeyman Plumber.
      • A valid driver’s license and approved to drive by the Company’s insurance carrier.

      We’re looking for an Electrical Service Manager who can lead from the front—recruiting and developing top talent, partnering with dispatch and customer service teams to deliver a 5-star experience, and building a high-performing electrical department that wins in the Middle Tennessee market.

      What You’ll Be Responsible For:

      Leadership & Team Development

      Recruit, hire, onboard, and train electrical field technicians

      Coach performance through ride-alongs, ongoing training, and clear accountability

      Build a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism

      Set the daily tone, pace, and standard for the department

      Operations & Dispatch Partnership:

      Work closely with dispatch to ensure the right technician is matched to the right call

      Improve department efficiency by reducing callbacks, improving completion rates, and maximizing schedule effectiveness

      Support field execution with strong processes, tools, and clear expectations

      Customer Experience & Quality:

      Ensure technicians deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

      Drive department goals (revenue, gross margin, close rate, average ticket, reviews, callback reduction)

      Lead daily/weekly performance huddles and track KPIs

      As a HVAC Residential Sales Consultant candidate you will be responsible for running all sales calls for the HVAC department. These calls consist of tech leads and cold call leads. It will be your responsibility to process all paper work, order material for said job, manage the install crew and complete a job follow up with the client to ensure all work was completed and the client is happy.

      The candidate should have the following:

      • 5+ years in successful sales
