About William Matheny
William graduated from McGavock High School in Nashville, TN. He took full advantage of the HVAC courses that were offered. After graduation, he became an entry-level service technician at a well-known company in the Middle Tennessee area. He quickly outgrew that position and moved up to senior technician. In 2007, William began studying for his state gas mechanical test and became a licensed contractor.
William took his 10+ years of knowledge and began his own company. He wanted to be able to exercise his own values and ethics. He believes the keys to success are honesty, reliability and truthfulness. His goal is to give customer satisfaction. He has an open-door policy with his employees and customers. His mindset is what sets Busy Bee Heating & Air Conditioning apart as a heating and AC company.
William’s wife, Branden, has also contributed to the success of Busy Bee Heating & Air Conditioning. She created the bee logo and the business name.
